Pre-election campaign heats up in Greece


 Last week,Panagiotis Kouroumplis, the nationwide known blind MP,the man who honored the position of the representative of the people inside the Greek parliament refusing to vote in favor of the killing memorandums with IMF,EU and ECB and Christopher Kosmopoulos,active member of STOPCARTEL,a disabled young economist after a brain gunshot at the age of 6, who has honed his capacity as man and citizen in the fields of people's struggles in recent years, visited many areas of the Athens area,the bigest Greek consituency.They both stand as MP candidates for the 6th of May elections.

The two candidates with the left-wing SYRIZA - UNITED SOCIAL FRONT party,toured during last week,visiting the areas of Dove, St. Petersburg, the Saints Anargyri, Ilion, Haidari, Agia Paraskevi, Holargos, Argiroupoli, Greek and Glyfada, while he Muscat, and the Bull Kallithea.

SYRIZA - UNITED SOCIAL FRONT party, according to recent polls is expected to become second in number of votes in the coming elections.

 




Big political rally in Argyroupoli
Big political rally was organized by the party of SYRIZA-UNITED SOCIAL FRONT on Friday, April 27 at the Town Hall Square of Argyroupolis district..


The main speakers were Panagiotis Kouroumplis and Panos Lambrou while Christopher Kosmopoulos delivered a political message as well.


The speakers analyzed the criticality of the election on 6 May and reported the governmental political program of SYRIZA - USF on major issues concerning the lives of citizens and the country.


Both MP candidates will continue touring the rest of B' Athens constituency during this week,the last before the Greel national elections.


Success of the Left in Greek elections

At this moment the opinion polls show the combined vote to the left of Pasok approaching 40 percent
